Thats the only way to get it into gear to move it is to turn it off then You have to force it into the next gear, but you cannot downshift.

this definitly sounds like a TOB issue, had the same issue with my honda TOB spring/tob went bad, and couldnt get the shifter into gear unless the car was off, then when it was on, the car wouldnt go into gear for ****

Well this is the same thing that happened last time, and the disk came out in 2 pieces...the spring center part and disk, the rivets ripped apart. It has the same exact symptoms. Well see tomorrow I guess. I have the tranny ready to come. Just need the axles out and unblolt the the trans. I thought it was the TOB also, so I ordered a new one to find out my disk was apart, so I had to wait for the new 6 puck. Thought maybe 312tq on a street disk ripped it apart. But I'm not putting that down anymore and I barley put it down on this clutch. So I duno what happened :/

that sucks, it seems like either your power was too grewat for the disc, or acts quality has gone way down, of course this wouldnt be the first time ive head of act disc prematurely going bad either so i donno maybe a toss of the dice

its not the throw out bearing for sure... i know you guys think it has to deal with engagement but it does and doesnt.. the throw out bearing either getting stuck or fallin off will seriously leave u stuck somewhere... now when a spring from the disc pops out it lands between the pressure plate an disc it jams it from engaging an re-engaging.. its like its still half way in gear.. you notice this also when your at a light finally jamming it into 1st gear then even with the clutch pedal down it still moves forward somewhat like its still engaged.driving like this eventually leads to scarring the flywheel with burn marks depending on how much more u drive like that.. youll find one section of the flywheel burnt if so resurface ive got it down to a science now.. your tq had nothing to do with it unless u race out the hole EVERYDAY. and again youll see that the pads on the clutch will be either worn down or not but for sure that **** isnt worn if anything the pads still would have the most 80% left of meat on it.

Yeah, it does suck. Twice in 1 summer and I need to do a clutch on my 200, which is gonna suck to lol. Anyone know where I can buy a Competition Clutch at? And which one do you guys suggest, I noticed like 3 different 6 pucks.

Welcome to the club!
I've gone through 2 clutches in less then a year with my Avenir swap. Both times the disk center was damaged or missing a spring!
