Lets call it bad luck

Could just be that their newer products are crap. I've had a little bit of bad luck with their products myself lately. I installed a brand new 6 puck sprung disc, which lasted 8 months. I then put my old street disc from the NX, mind you I never went over 8psi, just to keep it on the safe side, that lasted only a few months. Then I just got a new 6 puck, and a new xtreme plate, so far so good. Its been 4 months now, and no problems (keeping fingers crossed).

How does the south bend clutch compare to ACT and clutchmaster? I know a local who put up about 350+wtq on it and it seems fine. My stock clutch is slipping, so I need a new one soon.

another satisfied ACT owner. ill tel you what hppend because it happend a week ago with my car but was fixed due to companyidealt with COMPETITION CLUTCH sending me a replacement because the 6 puck i got tore itself apart. mind you i dont make insane power.
the springs or the center of the disc destoryed itself. no matter what the tranny was gonnna have to come down might as well call ACT for refund or replacement due to faulty

easy way to tell if its faulty is this.. the discs still look brand new.
Buy competition clutch stage 2 .. its the same price as stage one but a full face disc carbon/kevlar

i'll have the tranny out by the end of the weekend so well see what really happened. It was brand new like 4 months ago I think I got 5k miles on it... Yellow springs.

I need something that will hold 350tq. I don't wanna do this again. I'm sick of these damn problems lol

I read the competition stage 2 was only good for bolt on's and basic turbo setup. I'm putting down 300hp. I need something stronger. I was thinking there stage 4. Do they have any warranties?

i dont want you to spend money agian my friend if you have order # thats all you need contact ACT and see what they do ,i know they have to offer some type of warranty. especially on a clutch bought 5 months ago.. also.. try not to mention you make more toque then hp cause theyll void that sh1t. seriously.. again if you dont wanna deal with them to inspect your clutch **mind you thats if the disc still looks brand new which im 90% sure it does they should cover it** and then decide if you want them to either replace or refund.
