I have Konig Rewinds in 15x7 +40.

I have 205/50/15 Falken Ziex 512s on them.

I have to run a 5mm spacer on the wheels in the back to clear the strut body. That is with AGX/Hypercos.

HTH...

with ground controls, cut the stock spring perch out or cut it down and you will have room.

my issue wasn't the perch it was the body itself.

Brent, w/o a spacer you clear the AGX body?

How much room?

It all depends on the manufacturer. Not all 15X7 40mm are the same. I can testify to that although there will be one person who will debate me to death with tech mombojumbo that it is impossible to be different. I clearly had 2 different 40mm wheels on a car and one cleared and one did not.

I have 15x6.5 40+offset with 205/50 R15 tires. I had no problems putting them on and I can make u turns with the wheel fully turned and no rubbing.

If that helps any.

I run GR-2s with progress springs........bash me for my set up xP......ksports coming soon.

quality control is never 100% unless your buying volk/rays wheels. i can completely under stand minor differances in "cheaper" wheels, not saying you buy cheap ass stuff.......but i doubt your spending $500+ per wheel....if you are...stop lol)

also, were you useing the same tires on both sets? and how long between switching wheels? things shift on cars.......you could have had a bad bushing, or replaced a bushing, hell even doing an alignment can change wheel clearance.
