I'm actually at 170k on the original stock gearbox. Its taken some abuse but I don't drive it much. All I have is the gen 1 Miko bar .99 clutch spacer and prothanes on a stage 1 clutch.

I agree on the heavyweight being overkill. I ran it in my old 200sx and it honestly liked the lightweight stuff better. I destroyed a transmission with both the heavy and the light so neither are a saving grace.
