Thread: Fuel Filter

Has the fuel filter in the engine bay changed? I recently bought one and its not the same size and the old one its bigger. its for a b13 with sr20. it is from greg v so i want to assume that its the right one. my fuel line burst and i want to change it and the filter asap

GregV knows his stuff...he sent you a 300zx filter.
That is an upgrade from the b13.Most who know this run the z filter.
You will need to bend open the clamp slightly for it to snap in.

Yah, the one from Greg should be bigger than the one on your car. If it's smaller, either he sent you the wrong filter, or you had some giant filter from something else on there to begin with.
