nothing got resolved. he left his shop and nobody could find him but hey look who popped up. Pisses me off and I had nothing to do with it but still a lot of money was lost and people were screwed out of motors.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Myself, Chuck Johnson, Annie Sam and MotoIQ do not have any knowledge of Tom stealing anything or of his business practices.

I have personally known Tom for many years and find it hard to believe that he allegedly steals things although I haven't been in close contact for many years due his moving to Utah.

Tom simply let us uses his garage and tools and we stayed at his house one night as he lives near Bonneville. He also helped out at the track. As far as his business goes, I don't have any knowledge or dealing with it and neither does Chuck, Annie or MotoIQ.

I did a search and it appears that he is no longer in business.

I don't think he's a bad person. I think he's a bad businessman, and there are a few individuals on this site and the other, that got the short end of the stick from him. One member sent in a motor to be completely rebuilt, and after several months finally got back a motor in worse shape than the one they sent to him. Other members never even received goods for services paid.

Unfortunately, it happens. Just wishing he had taken care of outstanding services/goods/refunds before falling off the face of the earth for an extended period of time. Matter of fact, this is the first time I've even seen mention of his name in over a year on this forum.

Chuck's Bonneville run actually took place in 2007, well before bigtom's fall from grace:

I agree that it if he has outstanding debts, he needs to straighten them out, but Mike and Chuck aren't crooks and they don't have anything to do with his business dealings, so there's no need to pollute Chuck's thread.
