Ohhh that's why your so eager to get rid of your car, I gotcha now. Swap all of your parts over, take your shell and sell it for scrap metal. Part out any spare parts
another question, if i buy a automatic b14, i would just have to do the clutch pedal install correct?... i really want to buy a manual so it would be easyer but all depends on what the body looks like.

I would be interested to see you document it if you do it. Its interesting and it seems like it should be straight forward. Try to find a 200sx Se because they have the skirts/fogs/spoiler which will ba a pain to match up. You can sell those bits off of your rust bucket.
Also look in areas down south and out west as they tend to have less rust. In NW there is no rust whatsoever, and you occasionally find them in the rare colors. I found a nice minty 98 200sx SE in Forest green last week.
