A few items off the top of my head as i've just swapped an AUDM to UKDM and back to an AUDM in the last 3 months.

No oil cooler on the 9.5:1 AUDM's!
No EGR on the UKDM's
I ended up using the heater core hoses from the AUDM when i did the swap.
The UKDM motor has the superior header.

Not 100% sure whether the AUDM and USDM are the same, but other than the oil cooler difference between UKDM and AU/USDM, i believe the header and EGR items are previously confirmed...

My Nx2000 is imported from France and doesnt have adjustable headlights. Those where as far as I know only mandatory for the German market.

The first Nx2000 came without a catalyzer and a friend of mine owns one, and it also has ABS but no airco. Maybe the airco was an option, idk.

The later Nx2000 came with catalyzer and ABS and mine has an airco which still works

When I was looking for parts for the B13, wheelbearings, they showed two versions, one with ABS and one without, both for the 2 liter engine so not for the Nx1600.

I didnt see an Nx2000 without ABS in the wild yet, but without airco and ABS I expect it to be only 1080 kgs, the Airco is taking 30kgs and the ABS I estimate on 20kg. My car is still light with 1130kgs but heavy compared to other versions.

It's not what you asked for but it might be a good idea to look for a catalyzer, ABS and airco.

diffrence that i know are the EU version has side markers on the fender
yellow fogs
adjustable head lights
compression of engine (some of them are 10.1)
i belive some of them had a diffrent wing option???
they have a cubby holder
a couple of other things i might have miss.....

Yeah, I seem to have yellow fogs, but the German/Dutch versions are white.

It's always nice to see how Germany, France and The Netherlands is all the same for Americans

I didn't know only Euro versions have side blinkers, those are ugly. I put white ones in it, I also got white fogs from Ebay and now I'm looking in to white front blinkers

All EUDM GT/GTi were 10:1 CR.

Funny how the US guys want yellow fogs,etc ,and the NON US guys want the US style clears...yet nobody likes the orange blinkers or sidemarkers on the front

I have seen projector fogs for the nx(clear) on ebay before.I believe they were JDM but not sure.I would have bought them if I had the $ at the time.
They are really rare.
