Thread: Wireing for aftermaket steering wheel

I noticed some pro racers at the track with this wiring that is looks like those stretchy neon coiled key chain rings attached to the steering wheel. These allow the wheel to turn freely with out binding. Anyone know the name of what I am talking about? I can't seem to find them anywhere.
