Thread: just a small rant about my old car

im shure most of you guys know I sold the black gti-r powerd b13 about 2 weeks ago just got a email from the guys friend telling me he was selling the rims and putting carpet and door pannels and audio stuff in the car ,who the hell puts audio crap in a f in race car that car was so perfect the way it was
it was a street legal race car for god sakes leave it alone . I know it shoudnt matter to me but it does I had a lot of blood sweat and tears in that car and now it is going to be converted in to some f in g ride ahhhhhhhh I guess im gona have to build another one and sell it to some one that will use it for what it is ment for,,,,,, any takers I know where I can find a good clean black b13 to build I can go as wild or as mild as you want .

whoa that sucks, that was nice as HELL, it is a shame for someone to go in and change things

don't know why the buyer would have someone contact you telling you that....but that's the risk you take by selling your car to someone. when my b14 is done it will be mainly a track car, but i plan to put new carpet in it and even carpet the rear seat delete plate and keep the 4 6.5" speakers and cd player in it.

I assume he dosent know that his friend was telling me this

eh i mean it is a really nice car and you did everythng you could think of to it. im sure the new owner is having a hard time as to where to even put money in it as every aspect was touched on it, so i guess he is giving it what it doesnt have?

well I guess it shoudnt really matter to me any way I just hate to see some one try n turn a good whore in to a house wife we all know that dont work

same thing happened with my first se-r. It had 289k miles on the body. JDM went in at 234k miles. That thing was a complete racecar. probably did 350 or so drag passes on that thing and countless dashes to 120mph. 14.3 @97 all motor. I wanted soo badly to see it hit the 300k mark but i sold it and not even a month later the guy i sold it to wrecked it. it wasnt his fault but that just sucks and it was sad to see. I regret selling that car cuz i made the mistake of buying a new car. that didnt go so well.

that wont ever happen again though. im keeping my current one as long as it will drive on the road. haha and i plan to keep it that way unless something happens. knock on wood
