Thread: How do i remove B15 radio?

So just so i don't go cracking things and breaking things, can i just unsnap the front of the radio face ? I have to replace a stock radio with an aftermarket one.

i already got the DIN installation kit & wiring harness, i just don't want to break any panels when removing.

If it's the same process as the P11 i'm good, but it looks to be different..

This is from memory but the top pocket pulls out. Then there are screws that hold the besel around the heater controls on the bottom that need to be removed. Then you will see the screws for the radio. I think there is a screw or something in behind the cup holder. Its been a long time so it might be a little rough.

so the pocket has to come out? from the looks of it, it looks like the face " snaps " off.

see i'm glad i asked i prolly would have started to break things and crack things
