Thread: no dr side axle

Got it especially under boost torque, I can see that happening.

the thing that happend was the snap ring came off where it holds the tripod and the input shaft i guess you can say together.

thats weird that it fell apart while it was in the car, i took my axle out once an it came apart but nothing was broken, all that really keeps them together is the boot.. i replaced the boots an its fine now

ah yeah the snap ring. could you try and buy the snap ring seperate?

I would do that and buy a boot kit and replace the boot, get some new grease in there and get a new snap ring & new boot bands.
