Thread: b15 trans bolts ???

Well I cant get the bolt below the starter , or the smaller 2 bolts on the bottem to line up all others lined up great , am I missing somthing , even the dust shield looks as if the bolts have no chance of linning up , it is a b15 trans , with a JDM SR20de block anybody tell me if I am missing somthing ??

hhhhmmm sounds strange , i too swapped a b13 trans. onto a RR bloc and that same bolt ddnt really line up, i just left it out, all other holes lined up tho

I am begining to think that the RR block is a little differant

possibly yes, you're putting a b15 trans. onto a b13 block.

Are you using the dowel pins? I've used two different B14 trans on a RR and a highport without issues. I currently have a P11 trans on a RR without issues.

I was not I noticed that but I lined it up and it went together , I thought it would be fine I guess I will pull it apart and I will try to pull some from another block I have ....is there a recomened way to remove them ???

I think all but one worked, not for certain though. Did you add dowel pins back in and it lined up?
