i ended up going to autozone and buying the driver side axle and got a Reman one with the weight in the center of it. i ended up buying the passenger side at kragen cuz autozone didnt have it. they also gave me one with the center weight/dampner on it.

Final Result: it was the damn axles all along. do not buy BRAND NEW "GCK" brand axles, they are complete crap! it took me months to figure out this problem but it was the axles all along. but hey, i got a VE and b15 tranny out of the whole deal lol. hope this helps anyone that has the same problem.

I guess I need one as well, I got the same problem Vibrates only under acceleration which is what I like to do most GRRRRR!!

it seems like aftermarket axles are a total hit or miss but im glad i finally solved the problem.

Lynch, its odd that you would have trouble getting the passenger side axles out when that thing has not c-clip. the driver side axle is a pain to get out but easy to get in when tapped with a 10 pound hammer.

^^^^^ LOL!!!!!! I was having the same problem for months and couldnt figure it out. Long story short I had gotten a full NX200 brake upgrade from the junkyard. (whole spindles, calipers, rotors, brake pads lol, drivers side axle with a torn boot and partial pasenger side axle) The vibration I was having was major man violent man the whole front end of the car was shaking up under acceleration and if i looked too hard at the gas pedal while cruising. Then I saw 91graydet's how to thread on changing the axle boot and decided to tackle it myself.. while taking out the old axle I started to notice metal shavings falling out of the hub side of the axle thats closest to the tranny. Turns out the axle was toast and was wobbling under acceleration and was next to impossibe to see from just looking under the car so I'm gonna safely say its your axles man.

Oh nevermind I see you already solved your problem LOL. Moral of this story OEM axles and junkyard axles FTW and autozone, advanced auto and all those other car places axles FTL. AT least you got a VE and a B15 tranny out of the whole deal. Don't know if you are married or not but thats the escuse I use with the wife when I'm upgrading anything on my car lol!!!!!!

Ok I read back through a few pages. The real problem was your axles correct? Not the transmission.
