The EGR tube does go to the exhaust manifold, yes. I'm not sure if that's the tube you're supposed to clean. I haven't read the EGR cleaning procedure in a long, long time. =(

I think your suppose to clean the tube that has the vacuum line on it, IIRC.
But since I'm taking the whole thing out, I might as well clean everything.
