Power Steering Pulley Won't Budge!
I'm replacing my front main seal. I only loosened the alt. pulley and the crank pulley pulled right out. Now I've got the seal replaced and I'm trying to put it all back together. In order to do so, I've got to get the power steering pulley loosened and dropped. I've pulled off the tensioner bolt completely but the pulley still won't budge. I've tried to loosen the lower pivot bolt but my 12 mm end wrench just wants to round the bolt out. I've tried coercing the pulley as much as I dare, and now I'm out of ideas and stuck. Any ideas would be appreciated!

You are going to have to loosen that pivot bolt. Have you tried using a 6 point socket?

I haven't been able to access it with anything but an end wrench from below the car because the water pump pulley partially obstructs it. I suppose I need to remove the water pump pulley and get a socket on it that way. Sound right to you?

Aha! That's the problem. You're just chewing up the bracket (shouldn't really hurt anything). The head of the bolt is on the other side. You have to get under the car to get to it. Try that and you should be golden.
