I recently bought gr2 strut housing (front) that has blown koni inserts in them. Now I want to replace these with new koni inserts.

Tire Rack doesnt have front koni inserts for a B14.

I checked the koni website and they do, but i am wondering.....

What year sentra/200sx koni inserts should i get for the gr2 housings?

Would the spec v front inserts work/fit in a 95 200sx se-r?

I have ground controls already that i want to mate with the konis.

I want to go with ground controls with koni's.

go ahead and use the specv b15 sentra (00-06) adjustable yellow inserts. Cheapest I've seen was importcarsplus on the b15sentra.net's price of $276 shipped.
They will fit either a b13/b14 application and are externally adjustable.

If you have blown koni inserts and can find the reciept you can return them for warranty. If not, you can send them to koni and they'll give you 50% off their price listed on the website to replace them

OR - another option is to spend way less ($185 for the pair shipped to your door) and get a brand new set of kyb agx's through my supplier that bolt right in, no work required.
