Do a visual inspection of the mounting bolts (all four on each side) and make sure none of them are within 1mm of the rotor. If they are decently far away, you can be sure the noise isn't anything to worry about.
Also check clearance between rotor and lower ball joint mount for kicks.

Please remove your pads and put them back in upside down. So the outside pad now sits on the inside.
You can also measure the pad thickness, I bet one side of the pad is 0,020" or so thicker.
According to a Wilwood tech guy this could be caused by the rotors not sitting in the center of the caliper. So maybe you need some shims between the dogbone and the caliper to center it properly.

This is my goal this weekend is to look at the whole front end especially the brakes. I'm going to shim the caliper/rotor if needed to be centered up. I just have to mentally prepare to sweat my A** off....yippee I'm so excited ! Again to everyone that helped out. Thanks!!
