need a little help

i just but a 93 se-r sentra,and 1 day ago. the brake light and battery light came on ,who can help and tell me why of it?

I believe that is a classic symptom of a bad alternator.

I'll let others verify this.

i concur only time battry lgiht comes on is when alternator is berely charging or not charging at all.. both lights turn on

Yes both lights come on together when the Alt fails, but the brake light alone means low fluid or other brake problems.
