Thread: Altima MC

Ok forgive me if this is in the wring section but there iin't one for brakes.

Besides the obvious is there a difference between the Altima MC with ABS and W/O

The obvious being 2 ports on abs and 4 on non.

Is there a difference in the cylinder bore or anything funny like that?

thanks. saw sum other brake stuff in there so i thot it would be good.

The non ABS has the proportioning valves on the master cyclinder. With ABS the proportioning valve is a seperate unit on the firewall.

ah ok well im gonna install one.inside to change it at will.
