Thread: Happynole project

Joe decided to stop by the shop this week to have a few parts fabbed up for his white B13.

Here is the result:

Both pieces were wrinkle finish powder coated and made from Aluminum.
The bars will be for sale soon and currently work with the GC camber plates. The new plates we are designing will have a similar bolt on bar as well.

The bar is 1.5" in diameter!! Have you ever seen anything so huge?

Triangulated FSTB

I thought our firewalls weren't thick enough to support something like a triangulated FSTB

It uses two plates to sandwich the firewall

I bet its a bitch to get the plate on the inside of the firewall.

No all you have to do is remove the black shroud and take off the wipers. It took 10minutes to put the back plate on.

OK, just got home (Thanks Russell :bigthumbup from Time Attack night at the Central Florida Road Course. The front end is stiff as it can be, this bar isn't moving at all. What a blast!! Time to sleep now.
