Thread: Which tranny is this?

Are the b14's LSD transmissions good? comparing to the b13's LSD transmissions.

They are the same tranny but they are less likely to have 5 gear popout.

B15 00-01 NA

P11 00-02 Turbo

That tranny looks like my 1999 Sentra SE-L's, so I would say 99 SE-L or like Andreas said 99 G20

Just get a 94-96 G20T LSD tranny and you will get the best gas milage possible.

Actually you can get a 91-93 g20 tranny that is non LSD like your car. Change the bellhousing or drill the hole for the flywheel senser. This tranny has the same gears as a 94-96 G20T tranny but it has the 4.083 gears vs the G20T 4.176 gears. So the 91-93 will give yiou the best gas mileage as long as performance is not you number one goal.

i would say get a p11 LSD tranny. the ones from 91-93 are known for a 5th gear popout which was fixed in the 94 edition. I myself have a 02 G20 sport and the LSD goes great with the SR20. just my 2Cents

bump. back from the dead. So a sr18 tranny with b13 3rd, 4th and 5th would make an all round nice street setup for n/a, aside from the LSD issue..?
