Thread: Oil shelf life?

I just found 1 qt and a half of Mobile 1 10W30 in my closet and its been in there for at least a year or so. Is it worth the risk of using or should I just recycle it?

Even if it doesn't have a shelf life, it's mobile one, don't waste your time on it

I wouldnt use it. But thats because its Mobil 1 10w30. LOL

I read about this somewhere a long time ago. 5 years or so if its sealed. High heat and freezing temps play a role. I still wouldnt use it. I worry too much though.
