so to check for voltage, the ignition must be turned on or the car must be running?
across the middle pin and ground?

I figured out 2 things:

I need a better Multimeter
and
My MSD ignition box is too close to the ECU....
(thats whats been causing all the jerks/hesistation/pops.)

Fluke's are awesome. Never saw one I didn't like. However, being a poor-as$, I have a craftsman thing. It's...alright...i mean it's not the real deal but...

if you remove the TPS from the throttle body, you will understand what i mean.

what are the symptoms so far?

have you made any changes? what effects did they have? what is your setup?
