This is why I replaced my head.... and what caused me to spin a bearing a week later.

Check out the cam lobes.

I'm not sure how badly my exhaust cam is worn down, I replaced the intake cam anyway, but about the gasket. Mine was stuck like that too haha. I though it was part of the engine because it was so hard!
