The splines may be slightly twisted?

The pass side doesn't have a clip unless you drive an automatic.

oh ok, cool that makes me worry less.. still not sure why it got stuck in the tranny, i guess splines could be slightly twisted, they dont look like it to the naked eye tho, i should be ordering my new one from greg friday, i just hope i dont keep havin this problem..

Every single axle you get is the same as far as that area is concerned, whether you get them from Raxles/Greg V/the dealer.......etc. The only area that gets rebuilt and repaired is the joint/boot itself, and the carrier bearing in your case because that is the passenger side. Those are the only areas where quality will differ. All suppliers who offer these axles use the same nissan factory cores, someone correct me if I am wrong. I don't know how you twisted those splines but chances are that the splines in the transmission are also a mess, if not damaged so bad you might not be able to get another axle in there. The passenger side axle should be able to be installed and removed from the transmission with very little effort....no force what-so-ever.

Yea the passenger side should come out with no force just unbolt the 3 bolts from the mount it goes in. BUT Raxles must have different splines. If they didn't then that wouldn't make them any stronger as the would always break at the spline. (the weakest point) Any axles I've snapped have broken right where the spline meets the rest of the shaft. Stronger axles must reinforce this area.

Raxles are not any stronger than any other axle in the area you are referring to, where the spline meets the shaft. Raxles use new components in the actual constant velocity joint area itself as opposed to rebuilt/reground parts, which wear out quickly or don't perform correctly from the moment you install them. The splined main shaft, etc. are all reused factory core parts. They expect the cores back just like everybody else when you buy an axle from them. I am not trying to say that raxles are not a quality product because they definitely are....I am using them myself in my B13! But the shafts will snap just as easily as any other axle out there.
