Get a multimeter and check (with batery positive removed) the orange wire on the maf for short circuit to ground. You may have melted the insulation on this wire when the original mistake was made.
If you have a service manual, look to see what is all on that circuit. Unplug those items, then start plugging one thing in at a time until it blows it again. Then you'll know exactly what is shorting to ground.
The fuse in question is higlighted red everything in green is disconnected. With all of this unpluged its still blowing it. Only thing i can think of is (e46) coming of the ignition switch [2 position on the ignition w/ wire colors W/L] going to a fuse box but all the fuses for the fuse box is removed including relays.

To me it almost looks like you might have a short in the IGN switch?? Wiring can be a b*tch.
Maybe you could clip those wires from the IGN switch and put them together to skip the switch and see if it still blows? It's all I can think of because it looks to me like you disconnected everything on that circuit. Similar thing happened to me recently with the interior/tail lights and some other **** and I finally had to solve it by running a new wire because the short was not possible to find, but that would be much more difficult in your case I think.
I'm seeing alternator issues with this diagram. The only other possibility is if at one point you put in a fuse with a higher amperage than suggested and melted the insulation off the wire.

I unhooked the ignition switch under the dash, and Bridged The 2 white wires for ACC (Position 1 and 2) and the link didnt blow. Is it possible for the Ignition switch to blow the link?

I think my problem lies in the switch, i took out the electrical part from the key houseing, and truned the key inside about 50 times real fast and hooked it back up, so far is not blowing it, its possible it might have been grounding to the caseing
