Thread: Need a 92 manual tranny rebuilt...anyone in DC or NY metro areas?

Hey Guys,

I have a 92 classic with a tranny in need of rebuilding. It was rebuilt incorrectly and as a result shifts horribly and I need it repaired. Anyone in the DC metro area or even NY metro area that could do this for reasonable price? I will bring the transaxle to you.

I know I know...I can buy a used g20 tranny for $1100 etc etc...but I'd rather try and fix this one since the gears are new and I have some money in it already.... if it can be done at a reasonable price...as in way lower than $1100.
