Yeah, I think they all come like that. I was just confused because of the different descriptions on all of them grr.

I think a lot of them if not all have plastic races. Has anyone else ripped theirs apart? I realized this one was an NSK which is about the cheapest one you can buy =). But a friend of mine who owns a shop says he thought most were plastic. Since the race doesn't really take any loads, it might not matter.

Nice pics...yeah, hub looks useable..better than mine anyway. Mine looked like the ones in the pics, and the bearings looked like mud....or a scouring pad... LOL.

I think as long as the inner race is still tight on the hub and there isn't any end play on the wheels it should be ok.

I was just using my vice grip to try to squeeze out the wheel bearing. It ended up tearing it the vice grip apart.

This is almost as bad as motor mounts

In fact, it's much worse than mounts rofl. I was able to press mounts with the car weight, but this thing didn't even budge. You're going to need a press or a very strong vice with a huge breaker bar I suspect haha.

I'll have to find a press someplace, or buy new knuckles. Your right, it is worse then motor mounts. If you cut into the motor mount your not out $300 too

Yea. I would build a press if I weren't broke. Might not be as great as the fancy shop one but it will get the job done. I bet you could put together a decent one for less than $200.
