Thread: B13 fusible link issues?

So I am finishing up my engine swap in my B13 and I ran across a wire issue. Now where the fusible link would be on the white wire going to the positive terminal to the battery, I happened to find 2 of those wires coming out of the harness about 2 inches from each other.

Now I normally only mess with B14's and they only have one white wire for the fusible link. My question is what the hell is the second wire for?

I am relocating the battery to the rear of the car. Can I just crimp the two wires together and run one wire to the rear with a link or what?

the b13s have two of them. there should be 2 plugs for them next to the batterx but im not sure bout the b14s.

yeah but the prev. owner chopped them off and crimped on ring terminals. i think ill just run one wire to the back and put in one fusible link or a breaker in there.

They aren't that expensive from the dealer, or just go to you-pull and put it in your pocket.

I went a while back and they couldnt get a part number. I may have to go back and deal with someone that is not retarted.
