That's why they say to check with vacuum removed and capped off. You need to know what fuel pressure is under normal load, not what it is at idle.


That's right, whenever talking about fuel pressure you need to to know whether whether the vacuum hose is connected, or disconnected and plugged, to avoid confusion like Jen experienced. His specs are correct when the hose is disconnected and plugged.
