awsome i completely missed that lol.. i think it sounds great, it definitly has somewhat of a agressive tone to it , for being so sleeperish look

It sounds like a Maxima, and is quite on the highway so I'm pleased

I will take a better sound clip when it stops raining

Ok so I was driving around and I think I saw some Altima 2.5's with the same muffler.

So I did in fact pretty much end up with a Spec-V muffler

Well anyway the muffler is pretty much in place, but sitting way too low, so my dad and I will weld it up higher later on

As for the promised sound clip, here it is:

Ok before I start getting flamed for it sounding kinda ricey, I think thats the cheap resonator that came with my catback . Also you will hear the flap that opens and closes, thats the middle pip (straight pipe) that opens and closes.

Oh yeah the exhaust is silent on the highway, and thats all that matters to me

I want to try that poly zhaust. I need a second muffler on my VQ. I can't go anywhere in the car without being noticed. I can't accelerate from a red light w/o making a scene. I'll probably do a V-band flange so I can still run side-exit at the track.

Good idea, or at least get that muffler with a cutout built in

i put a vw gti reonator in place of my old muffler....looks so stelth and sounds good, deep tone too..it gets a lil raspy like yours doe up top covert, but its really straight thru....no chamber.....the pipe inside make an S. im gonna put a dual tip on there but im not sure if i wanna do that or a 2.5 inch rolled tip


i know the car is dirty .........and that rust is kiling me!!!!!
