If so would wrapping the resonator work or just rap both resonator and muffler

^Rapping or Wrapping the resonator will do nothing but maybe help the temps of the resonator cool down faster. It's going to be loud without the right resonator/muffler combo regardless. I have a quite a bit of experience with this lol.

from what I remember from the 2005 Convention, a guy with 99 SE-L had S4 cams and no tuning yet, sounded a lot like this... friggin awesome sound! but I know it'll be a better running car if I actually have it tuned..

I don't care what kind of power it's putting down, i like the way it sounds..

really though, 200 or so to the wheels is going to be more than enough for me if I ever get my car there..

yes that is and that what mine sounds like with no resonator and straight 3" to magnaflow muffler. things stupid loud and I love every second of it.
Don't mind the rattle that was the bumper

it's more than just being loud, it sounds good. You can have loud and nasty and you can have loud and good.. to me that sounds damn good..

do you have cams??

yeah s4s trust me I love the sound but some people want to keep it mild but I could care less. The open wastegate dump coming out the bumper is what I love about my car haha.
