Mod the stock one yourself! I adjusted mine to the perfect throw distance that I want and it has a very solid feel.

The stock shifter mod seems to be the way to go these days. It is extremely simple. Take out the shifter and move the plastic ball higher up on the shaft. A hammer and a vise should make quick work of it. I think there are notches on the shift lever that the ball will naturally rest in. I think people bring it one notch up.

Hell, if you wanted to be real ghetto you might be able to just bang on the top of your shift lever with a BFH and accomplish the same thing. You didn't get that idea from me though. Super ghetto.

cut stock shifter then weld it back on to the height of your enjoyment.

I just assumed since no one bought them anymore that they were not being made any more. This was many years ago I noticed they fell off the radar.

A quick search shows them still listed in the pacesetter website. They might still be available.

Anyone ever use the ROBO- short shifter? it has a buncha adjusments. i had one but gace it to a friend bc i got a stillen.
