Can you or anybody confirm or deny if I need a FWD or RWD clutch before I order another FWD clutch?

You need a FWD clutch disk. The spline patter for RWD is 24t IIRC and FWD is 18t. It is listed on the exedyusa site.

Not trying to say you are a newb, just been discussed alot. As far as the FWD/RWD flywheel, you would have to measure the ID and OD of the friction surface to see if the smaller OD FWD cltuch would be on the RWD friction surface. JWT makes a cool combo for the s13 to fit a 350z clutch, maybe check him out and see if he has any good hybrid type clutches for the fwd sr20.

Oh, and I have been part of the RWD community for the last many years with over 400whp, and we all do not like that pulley because throttle modulation is degraded with less input for more movement. If anything we all wanted more throttle input for less TB plate movement. That way modulation get more precise great for drifting and racing, and would help for FWD backwards drift that happens to all the boosted cars.

ok, good info. Just to make sure, 24t and 18t are the teeth on the spline right? If so I'll count them when I remove my tranny again. Thanks
