CS dogbone mount install issue.
So I went to install the cs dogbone mount into my car should drop right in right?..... WRONG!!! I had this issue with it. I have done everything from dawn to dusk to find out what the F is up with this. From jacking up the engine-to using a fricking crow bar to pry it up it's not moving a inch. I even called some member of the forum. So naturally I came back to my origins to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Motor mounts are always a pain. You may want to try loosening all of the other mounts. Don't unbolt them, just loosen the 'main' bolt in each one so they can move around a little. It appears the engine needs to move forward and up a little.

Thats the thing I'm jacking up the engine with the other mounts loosened. I'm jacking up the engine so high that the whole car is lifting off the ground and the dogbone just stays in the same position as in the picture.

I'm guessing you have stock mounts everywhere else. With prothane in the back the engine didn't want to move anywhere, but did drop a bit when I was doing the sides haha.

It's a pain, but take a screw drive and use a jack to bring the motor up.

Now if you were to put some kind of support on the motor before the install it wouldn't drop either. Either way it is a drop in install, but do to your neglect became harder. So don't be hard on an awesome motor mount.

Mount's not upside down/reversed, whatever. The screw threads to the left, just like what is shown above.
