Honestly I do not think you could have bent your axles this way. I am pretty sure the CV joints would pop out before that happened. Unless you were putting a moment on the transmission side of the shaft, that is.

How did you damage them? Good reason to swap

If you installed it at the same time as the mounts, then it's more likely that is your issue.
