3'' exhaust on an NX...
-whos got a 3 inch exhasut on an nx here?
how well does it fit? did the piping have to be routed under the rear control arms or over?

reason asking is i just aquiered an 3'' exhasut from a dsm and want to put it on my nx...

looks just like this

will i have enough clearance to go under the control arm?(like 240s do) or should i go over it?(like stock piping route)?

I am gonna guess and say there is not enough room to go under...I am in the process of building a 3' system now(going over ,obviously)

NXs are real tight back there. I had an N1 muffler on there and it fit.

Here's my old 3" exhaust with an Apexi Dunk muffler

The exhaust shop had to get creative to make that muffler fit straight

I don't have any pics from underneath with the N1, but I was able to cut the old one off, and put the new one in the same spot.

Going under should not even be considered an option.

i have 2.5" exhaust on my 93 se-r going under, but i don't recommend it..... hangs too low bc it has to go under the sway bar.
