true, cuz so far jason from the threads i have seen from the past has been anything but adult like. Scamming people out of their money, sending crappy products and so on then acting childish and excuse after excuse until he no longer kept responding to the concerns of his customers. Plain and simple that whole part of the business has to change.
i will be starting my own performance/automotive repair shop and also be custom making parts and selling parts already in existance. I have some knowledge and at least the basics on how to run a business, my wife knows more and thats why shes right there with me. But as far as customer service goes i think ive got that down to a tee. That is the most important part of the entire business. Show customers respect, go the extra mile to make them happy and give them exactly what they paid for and a bit extra and you will have their business every time no questions asked. thats where alot of people go wrong in this business. They dont go the extra mile and they take their sweet time and dont do the job right. Why do you think people dont like going to the dealerships to get their work done. For one the price is rediculous. Two they will scam you out of every penny you have without telling you first. And they have no aspect of how to treat customers and even more so their employess. Its usually not the employess that ruin the business its the management or the owners.
Ive experienced this first hand. I plan to change that with my business especially in this town where they have no respect for their customer and even more their employess. Cuz they figure oh well he can be replaced by a hispanic guy that knows jack about how to fix a car and pay him 15/hr instead of keep their master techs.
So yeah been there done that. Keep up the way you are and you might have a chance. At least you were man enough to come on here and make an appology, again it took guts im sure. haha
