I am somewhat with Coheed with this one. Their comments are not entirely out of line. From what I have seen about the car community and especially the Nissan car community we always have hype about something but when it comes down to money we never pay. I am 100% sure JGY has experienced this numerous times and had the assumption that your piping request was probably going to be the same way. The reason why I say this is because from what I can tell you never specified what car and what kind of motor you have at the start of the thread. The thread sounded like you were requesting what to do with your car even though you never describe your car. I am not trying to be mean but the simple fact is intelligent questions with result in intelligent answers. Not only that but a simple grammar and punctuation check goes a LONG way in making you seem like you know what you are talking about and are serious about buying. The first few posts you made had poor punctuation and "lol" everywhere. When I first read that I thought to myself "a snot nosed kid." Again I am not trying to be mean in any way, only constructive criticism, but an attempt at proper grammar and punctuation goes a very long way. You don't have to be an author like ShawnB but refraining from "lol" will help.

Your questions does not warrant some of their responses though, especially Pam's. They were rather snappy in their responses. That is not the best way to treat anyone. Other people have had issues with the things they have built so I am going to be careful if I ever order something from them.

They are arrogant, unhelpful, pissy, immature, and clueless on any sort of Customer Relations. Nor is their product unique, you can buy those products at a hundred speed shops. From folks that appreciate and respect your business.

I have studied their "Love/Hate JGY" threads at length, on both SR20 forums. They have about a 50/50 mix of folks that love them or hate them.

Would you do business with a company on Ebay with a 50% Customer Satisfaction Index?

Would you do business with a Forum Member that had half of his dealings end up in somebody being pissed off? (Assuming they didn't get banned in the first place).

Not just no, but "F*CK NO." No way in hell, not even a chance that I would do business with anybody, under any normal circumstances, that pisses off half their clientele. That idea is just f*cking absurd.

I would not do business with JGY if they were across the f*cking street from my house. Jason would inevitably piss me off, shoot off his mouth to me in person (if he had the balls or was as stupid as I think) and I would physically shut his mouth. He'd be drinking through a straw for several weeks. Dustins would get dropped in a heartbeat if he had the gonads to back his boss, and if Pam got into it, she'd be more than welcome to join the festivities. I'd slap that mouthy Harpy-bitch across the shop in a gawd-damned nano-second.

Then I would go to jail for assualt. I'll just skip that entire scenario, never give it so much as a chance to happen, thanks.

As for the nissan community not coughing up money, its the same for any community if you think about it. Lets see you can compare the nissan community to the honda community. There are about 100X more honda owners than nissan owners so to say that alot of nissan owners dont cough up the money is dumb. Cuz there are many that do. Again just like there are many honda people that dont cough up the money but there are alot more honda guys that do due to the fact that there are more of them out there.

So that point is invalid. Not to mention honda parts are hella of a lot cheaper than ours due to the fact there is more market for them.

Plain and simple JGY sucks big fat donkey balls and does not even deserve to be in business. Its called a Quote people. Every business has to deal with giving out quotes to people and probably 90% of the time wont get their business. Its a part of doing business. Plain and simple. These guys have absolutely no clue on how to run a business. Hell im not that good at business stuff and i could do 100X better job than they do. If you advertise a part you damn well better make sure you can get it to them in a timely manner. Not months, hell not even 3 weeks. Two weeks is plenty long enough to do a custom intercooler pipe. Well not even that custom being they have made them before. So yeah they are full of themselves.

What really made me laugh was the comment made on well since your paying us when we are closed how bout June. WTF is up with that. Were they trying to be funny or what. They are idiots plain and simple. Again ive never even done business with them and thats thanks to the bad experience by others. I keep my business elsewhere.

Do a custom intercooler pipe either by a local shop or do an ebay one like 90% of people on here. I do that on all my piping kits and they turn out beautiful. Yes there is a few more couplers than there would be with a custom kit but it still looks clean and good.

I was wondering if I was the only one that saw that. That right there just shows what ppl are dealing with, as Jason's mentality has spread to his employees. I've talked and met Nate before and he's cool (if he even still works there), but this Dustin aka mini-me guy is just insane.

Jason is a thief. I called him to setup a cast manifold concept from Lovefab and JGY would be sole distributor for 2 years. Jason then never called us back and suddenly, 6 months later he was selling cast GTi-R manifolds on his site! HMMMMMM. YEAH, WTF JASON YOU ASS ****! Don't ever let me see you at an event!

Rant off, I don't like that dude. He treats people like **** and so do his employees. He isn't **** for a tuner, so why they got a dyno I don't know.

Coach, theif is not even close to it. 8 years ago or so he got me for $150 on an overnight charge via UPS. He gave me an account number that was billed to him. They needed the turbo setup ASAP. Everything was good with the UPS account number. 4 days after they got the part, UPS contacted me and said the number was no good and since I am the shipper they are coming after me for the money so I had to pay up. I called him for the money and he just gave me some bull**** story. Never paid me.

But I aint forgot. So all will know. There is no honesty in this Jason.

One time I got into an argument over the phone with one of them about something or other and I heard Jason yelling in the background "ask him if he pumps his own gas"...and some other sh*t". Basically saying because I am from Jersey that I am an idiot. In the end I won and got my money refunded so I can't bad talk too much. What I can't understand is how are they still in business? Shawn B is so right....would you buy something off of an EBAY member if their rating was only 50%.......no way!
