Thread: extended wheel studs?

the wheels may have been over torqued I'm not sure I think I'm going to go with arp

I do/put tons of random stuff on my car I would never recommend to the general populace. I can't trust them to do it properly or I'm unwilling to accept responsibility (how ever slight) if something goes wrong. You can't trust them not to monkey with the studs, yet you still recommend them. We recommend things differently, which is why I asked.

i found a set of 20 wrx sti arp studs for 108 brand new a set of nismo studs from a local nissan dealership is 119 so what is the price advantage? i am looking into buying new extended wheel studs this week my nismo ones were only on the fronts and im going to do all 4 wheels this year what studs would you guys recommend nismo or arp?

Your price for the WRX studs is extremely cheap. I paid more like $250 for mine. I would make sure they are the right kind.

I'd recommend ARP over the Nismo studs. I'd recommend anything over the Nismo studs.

I don't see a reason not to buy them anymore. Price is no longer an issue.

Will those arp studs work on the rear wheels of a 200sx b14?

i am aware this is old


but has any option surfaced that is smaller then the ARP's but longer than stock?

i want to run 10mm spacers o nthe front, but dont want to get rid of my Rays Lugs. (for open ended lugs)

In that thread, post #5 is by me. That link I provide will lead you to a HOE-EM upgrade which is from another Nissan vehicle (Tundra IIRC...) that is indeed longer than stock, but shorter than ARP. It's OEM, and it's for a much heavier vehicle. Should be ideal for you sir.
