They dont look worn to me. After a while the ECU adjusts to the new cams and the idle smooths out a bit.

Can't really see around where the arrow is, but it does look like the shim is broke from this angle. REALLY hard to tell. Can you move that rocker at all? That shim should be a full circle, so if it's not, then yes it's broken and YES you need to replace it. Measure it with a dial caliper and order a new one with the same thickness.

The lobes on the cams don't look too bad, they look normal. Best thing to do is to scratch across them with your fingernail and see if you feel any pits in the cam lobes, like they're actually scratched from the rocker arm.

Looks like normal wear on the cam.

The shim is hard to see. It should look like a tiny watch battery. The one on the right has a guide groove cut into it, and the one on the left should just be flat, circular and one piece (it's not going to be the same as the one on the right with the groove). As long as it's not snapped in half (never heard of that happening) you should be fine.

i've seen 2 engines (both died from rod knock) and the cams were hella worn , there was ridges on both sides of the lobes like it had been really oil starved there was flat spots too, it was super obvious that they were worn, as for yours i dont see that from the angle of the pics.. your valve cover looks really clean, almost too clean.. maybe clean your oil squirters just incase, couldnt really hurt..
