The difference between 3bar and 4bar, all other things the same, should be minimal. 4bar just means better fuel atomization, at same fuel volume.

That's weird, not sure what it could be then, I might give 4 bar another shot, maybe it needs more timing or something.

I'm no fuel madman or tuning genious, but from what I remember, it's not how you adjust timing or anything else.

The difference between 4bar and 3bar is overall MAXIMUM gains you can expect, as in pushing the envelope. Remember, that your fuel pressure rises as boost rises. Hypothetically, you could run your 370's at 5bar (given fuel lines can handle the pressure, and your injectors have been flow tested at such pressures), and would be able to make a MAXIMUM of ~328whp at ~73.5psi of fuel pressure, all on 370cc injectors. Now, on top of that (assuming the FPR is at a ratio of 1:1), you'd increase the fuel pressure 1psi per each 1psi of boost acheived.

So, at ~84psi of fuel pressure at 10psi of boost, you'd be able to peak at ~345whp.

Edit: Cliff's notes (:rofl - Raising fuel pressure, all other things the same, does nothing for power, but works for economy and emissions. Same volume, just more atomization (finer mist).

Well all I can say is my dyno was 5whp less with 4 bar, but I think I just noticed that my 4 bar .bin didn't have the same timing map (as good of one) as the 3 bar bin. That could explain it, I guess I can try 4bar again and see if the butt dyno likes it

Why didnt you multiply your kvalue by 4/3? (pretty sure this works)

nice numbers indeed, the reason you dynod 5whp less on 4 bar was because you richened it. On that run on the sheet your a/f is pretty darn good for the boost your running. At peak torque you dip into the 11.6-7 range which is great and you hold 12.0:1 across the board there after pretty good tune right there for that boost level, now if you added boost to that 4 bar dyno you would have probably come out alright and your a/f in the mid to upper 11's

I'm pretty happy with them, it's more then I expected . The thing that I'm not happy with is how hard it is to squeeze another HP with tuning!
