Uhh my back sags but I don't think that's fixable, just poor design. As for the front, take a look at your bumper holders, I'm going to put couple screws in to hold the bumper haha
My front bumper was sagging. I ghetto fixed it by drilling a small hole in a piece of plywood and wedging it between the front bumper (the part where it was sagging). Then I ran a ziptie through the hole and tied it to the head lamp bracket. It somewhat bent the bumper back up after a while. I took out the piece of plywood and the bumper kept it shape. It will probably start to sag again though.
