What would you charge for a 3" Stainless Steel Downpipe?

a local guy is interested in this, I might as well sell it since I already have like 2 other Downpipe. I just can't think of a fair price, can you guys help me on this?

VRS sells them for $280 plus shipping, so $220-$250? I guess it depends what kind of friend it is lol
