you sure they are 512's? those are old news and they dont make them any more unless its old stock? any who they are fairly loud but ok. the ZE-912's are where the money is at. those are some bass ass all seasons for the money. very quiet and fairly sticky. they wont win you any races tho.

I liked the 512 and did nto think they were noisy. The new 9 series is the replacement and they are nice as well.

^ I'm not looking to win races, I just want an all 'round good , affordable all season tire.

I will take all of this into consideration, Thanks

I had a set on my old SE-R. I liked them a lot for year-round use; they're not the stickiest for track/backroads, but for rain/snow/general usage they were nice. They were pretty quiet too.

I have the 912s now on my Mazda, and they seem to be just as good so far.

I like them, and I thought they were still made? I see them all over the place.

As far as I know they are still made, at least most sites still sell them.

512's are great tires but I heard they tend they can have weird wear, even if properly inflated. 912's are a newer probably much better choice . I'll be getting 912's for boost

I´m on my second set of 512s now. Very nice tire, smooth, not noisy and holds pretty well on wet. The huge rim protector is a plus.

Yes I love the rim protector on them. There not to bad in the snow either. Dry I really didn't have a problem with them on my N/A b14. Wet they did well also. I'm gonna order them for my 16's here in a next few weeks for my turbo car, and that should be about 270whp so I'm hoping they'll hold up pretty decent. I pulled a 2.2 60' with them at the track also.

I run the 912s and they are very good on dry and good on wet. For daily driving they are the best bang for the buck. I easily light them up in first with my VE so ill be going with some hankook RS-2s as my next set of tires.
