Thread: Quick Interior Question

my interior is slowly falling apart, but i noticed i got a bad rattle from the rear of the car, upon further inspection, i noticed that the rear passenger panels are falling apart, the fabric has seperated from the plastic, how does nissan attach them together? is it just glued on or clipped in place?

I believe the interior is glued. Well that's what I learned when I took auto upholstery. Its a spray on tacky glue where you spray both surfaces first then when it dries a little you push both surfaces together. I heard Weldwood contact cement works pretty good or some high temp contact glue.
