Problems!
Well some may know I swapped a Avenir motor into my car. Well it's all running and what not but like crap lol It's running probably as rich as possible. Looks like a diesel at idle.

Issues is that it runs rich, and the car will run without the fuel pump fuse.
I let it run to see how long it would run without the fuse, it ran for 30 MINUTES!
With the fuel pump fuse out it does not run rich, but it doesn't rev, obviously it doesn't get enough fuel.
As soon as you plug the fuel pump fuse in it runs pig rich.
I've taken it out for a spin and it spits and sputters till mid boost 4-8lbs it runs fine anything above or below it runs like crap.
Fuse out vacuum is at a solid 20 in HG and fuse in i believe it's more near 10-15lbs, not sure.

Now what I'm trying to figure out, is what would cause a car to run without a fuel pump for that long! Also what are possibilities for the car to run that rich it will have black smoke at idle.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Check for evaporative leaks in the fuel system area. Make sure your pump is seated properly in the bottom of the tank, and that it doesn't ingest air and push it thru the fuel lines.

Jamie had the same problem with his B14. His fuel system wouldn't vacuum seal, because a rodent chewed his rubber fuel neck to pieces, so when we filled up the car fuel was all over the pavement

Replaced the neck and it was running fine again, minus needing a serious tune

Well I know it's not leaking lol let alone I have my evap stuff up front capped off. And I haven't messed with the fuel pump since it had been running right with the other motor :/

Sounds like you hooked the fuel line to the intake manifold , thats the only way I can see a car running with the fuel pump not running !!! Basically the intake sucking fuel in ... Triple check the hoses and where they go ... or send us a pic. !!

The only other thing I could see is if you swaped all 4 injectors and left the lower o-rings out .... then vacuum may be sucking the fuel into the rail an into the car .... but that much fuel they usually will not run !!

New or used Nismo AFPR?
Could it be bad, leaking fuel into the vacuum line to the intake?

Lines on the manifold i have starting from passenger side to drive side is:

Brake Booster, Boost Gauge, BOV, Fuel Pressure Regulator, and the nipple under the TB is capped off.

Could the power steering pump have anything to do with this? I need to replace it but when I went to fill it, it all just leaked out near the banjo assembly. So there is no power steering, just seeing if this could cause anything lol
