Evap core removal tip, mine was wedged in pretty good, the "wiggle" was more like a "beat the crap out of it" till it comes out kinda thing lol.
Isfahan- thanks for the help, I did have the main lines out it just needed some more effort. I was worried about breaking something and was just being too easy on it.
Advice for the rest, its not as bad as I thought it would be. It was worth the time and $16 for the can of a/c flush. Total with valve was just over $33. I would have spent 2 labor hours, roughly $160 at a shop to replace the exp valve. That money can go to the exhaust project.
I will post some pics later today, just to give a little better understanding on the evap core basics.
