They look like they bottom out on the block. It seems like ARP is the only company that fuked up on this.

indeed it does seem that way,

cosworth do a 12mm stud aswell for the sr20, im probably going to order some to see if they're suitable for the gtir

Sorry to bring an old thread back from the dead, but I'm trying to locate the AEBS head studs for the SR, and I'm having the hardest time! Google > me. Anyone have a place or two they'd recommend?

hmmmm. Try stillen websight. They sell some studs there for like $200 and they seem good.

TBH, I don't wanna run something I don't hear anyone else using, especially when it comes to internals and other things that hold motors together.

If I can't find AEBS, then I'll go with GReddy or Jun or something. Sure they're expensive, but better than having issues later on.
